Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@shoparkyn.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. Submit a photo of the product along with a short explanation. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or full refund.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided by the customer

  • Unclaimed shipments

  • Buyer’s remorse or unwanted items after delivery

  • Refusal to pay customs/import duties

  • Orders canceled after the product has entered production

  • Items rejected or abandoned by FedEx due to unreachable recipient or unpaid fees

  • Gift cards or sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order for the correct product at your own expense.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: You must accept delivery to exercise this right — refusing delivery does not count as a valid cancellation.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@shoparkyn.com.
