For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to file a claim. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if eligible.
Wrong or Insufficient Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we can reship it once you confirm the updated address. However, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to us may be reshipped at your expense. We are not responsible for packages abandoned due to refusal or failure to pay import/customs fees.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Arkyn is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.
